Bryant Carrier Furnace Hot Surface Ignitors Section:
The Bryant, Carrier Ignitor pictured below replaces most Bryant, Carrier & Trane IGN0026 ignitors. It is Bryant Carrier Part # LH33ZS004 & LH33ZS003. I called my Bryant & Carrier supplier. My supplier said, "this ignitor is the most popular ignitor and is used in 2,572 Bryant, Carrier furnaces." This Ignitor has a Norton 271M on the plug. The ignitor has a block style "C" and a terminal connector "D." The ignitor comes in a well packed box with padding. Please note that all the ignitors we sell are factory tested and have some burning, discoloration on the filament.
Below we have a picture of the LH33ZS004. Please click the "Add to Cart" button below to purchase.
Thanks! We
would love to have your business!

Ignitor Installation Bracket Part #323901-701
One part that you might need....I hope you do not. I thought that I would add this bracket to our site because I have bent a few of the brackets installing the ignitors in the Bryant Plus 90 and 90I furnaces. Sometimes you have to bend the ignitor bracket holder back to get the ignitor out. I have bent these before where the bracket will no longer hold the ignitor secure enough. Below is a picture of the bracket with an opportunity for you to purchase if you think you might need one. Thanks!

Bryant Carrier Furnace Flame Sensors & Pilots Section:
Below we have listed our Bryant & Carrier Flame Sensors and Pilots with an opportunity for you to purchase:
Bryant, Carrier Part #LH 680 014
Our first Bryant Carrier furnace flame sensor fits most Bryant or Carrier 80% furnaces. This flame sensor is used in over 2,600 Bryant Carrier models. The LH680014 replaces Bryant, Carrier flame sensors part numbers: LH33WZ515, LH33WZ511, LH680012 and LH33WZ517. The wire on this flame sensor is removable. The part number is LH 680 014. Below we have a picture with an opportunity for you to purchase:
Bryant Carrier Part #LH 680 013
Our next Bryant Carrier furnace flame sensor fits most Bryant or Carrier 90% furnaces. The part number is LH 680 013. The wire on this flame sensor is removable like the LH680014 flame sensor pictured above. Below are pictures with an opportunity for you to purchase:
Bryant & Carrier 2 & 3 Wire Pilot Burners:
The two pilots that we have listed below are found on many of the older Bryant & Carrier Furnaces. One type has three wires coming out of it and the other has only two wires. Sometimes the pilot becomes dirty and inoperative. The pilot senses the heat of the pilot flame, then sends a closed circuit signal back to the main gas valve saying that it is OK to open the main gas valve because there is a pilot flame present. If the pilot is dirty your furnace's main gas valve will click off and on, or may not open at all. Make sure you have a nice blue flame. If you have a yellow flame the pilot probably needs cleaning. I turn the gas and electricity off on the furnace, then take compressed air to blow the dirt out of the pilot. Most of the time this works, but sometimes you will need to remove the pilot for cleaning. Sometimes these pilots become inoperative and you will need a new one. Below we have pictures with an opportunity for you to purchase:

Bryant Carrier Spark Electrode Part #LH680 512
This is the Spark Electrode that attaches to the pilot burners that are sold above:

Bryant Carrier Spark Igniter Box Part #LH33WZ510
This is the box that produces the spark for the Spark Electrode LH680512 that is Pictured Above

Bryant Carrier Electrode Wire Part #301286-702
This is the high voltage wire that goes between the spark box, Part #LH33WZ510 and the electrode, Part #LH680512. Below we have a picture of the electrode wire in the plastic bag with an opportunity for you to purchase. I never took the wire out of the bag to measure but it looks to be 18 to 24 inches long.

Bryant Carrier Transformer Part #HT01BC116
The transformer below is found on many Bryant & Carrier furnaces. This is a 40 VA transformer with a 120 volts AC primary and a 24 Volts AC secondary. Below we have pictures with an opportunity for you to purchase:

Thank You!
*Please always turn off all electrical power, and discharge the capacitor/capacitors (if working around capacitors) before attempting to inspect or repair any heating & air conditioning equipment. Check to make sure the electrical power is off with a reliable meter. I have never been shocked by a capacitor (knock on wood) and rarely see them discharge, but it is a good idea to discharge them before working around them. Please read below. It tells you how to discharge a capacitor.

Please read the following:
How To Discharge The High Voltage Capacitor: The capacitor is discharged by creating a short circuit (direct connection) between the two capacitor terminals and from each terminal to chassis ground (bare metal surface). Please make sure that you are touching the insulated screw driver handle and not the metal part of the screw driver before attempting this procedure.
-
Do this by touching the blade of an
insulated-handled screw driver to one terminal, then slide it toward the
other terminal until it makes contact and hold it there for a few
seconds. (Sometimes this can result in a rather "pop!")
-
Repeat the procedure to create a short between each capacitor terminal and chassis ground.
-
If the capacitor has three terminals, use the same procedure to create a short circuit between each terminal and then from each terminal to ground.
